A note from the studio
Most of the trouble we are called in to fix was never a technical problem. It started as a sentence everyone nodded at and nobody could have repeated back the same way.
So we built the studio around the opposite habit. We write the problem down before we design anything. We show working software instead of describing progress. And when we cannot measure something, we say so plainly, in the report, where it is inconvenient — because a number nobody can trace is worse than no number at all.
It is a slower way to start and a considerably faster way to finish.
